1. Our services

Kidus Cleaning Service ("Kidus", "we", "us") provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Edmonton, Alberta and surrounding areas. The scope, frequency and pricing of any service are agreed between you and Kidus before the service is performed. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a booking at our discretion.

2. Quotes and pricing

Quotes provided through our website or by phone are estimates based on the information you supply. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual condition, size or scope of the space differs from what was described. We will communicate any change before proceeding wherever possible.

3. Bookings, cancellations and access

• You agree to provide safe and timely access to the property to be cleaned.
• Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel a booking. Late cancellations or lockouts may be subject to a fee.
• You are responsible for securing or informing us about pets, valuables, fragile items and any hazards prior to service.

4. Payment

Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking or upon completion of the service, unless otherwise arranged. Recurring services may be billed on a per-visit or scheduled basis.

5. Satisfaction guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any area we cleaned, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the affected area at no additional charge.

6. Liability

We take great care in your home or workplace. In the unlikely event of damage caused directly by our team, please notify us within 24 hours so we can investigate and resolve the matter fairly. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the cost of the affected service. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or items that were not disclosed as fragile or valuable.
